Did you know that Senga Interior Design loves to work with commercial spaces too?
Well, I am excited to share with you the vision and goals behind the recent redesign of Snowflake, a startup-computing firm in San Mateo, California.
Senga Interior Design helped Snowflake relocate from a 4,000 square-foot area to a booming 11,000 square-foot commercial space. Snowflake wanted a fun workspace for their employees with some individual areas for marketing and engineering. And we delivered!
We took the empty shell of the 11,000 square-foot office and transformed it into a place where the employees can connect, relax, and make an impact in Silicon Valley. We focused on each design element in order to create a fun and functional atmosphere. We worked closely with the client to create customized conference rooms, privacy rooms, and personalized common areas.
As you can see in the photos, Snowflake Computing is colorful, energetic, practical, and user-friendly.
During the design process, we collaborated with Interiors Motion, and Campbell Creative to integrate the playful elements of the Snowflake logo into the commercial space. As always, Senga Interior Design integrated some unexpected fabrics, colors, and textures to make the design unique!
Now Snowflake is truly an energizing and fun startup!

Stay tuned, next week’s blog will show you how we incorporated a unique set of functional elements into the overall design elements of part of the Snowflake Design.
